You will only receive your username and password upon our verification of your age and identity. After completing the online registration form, you have to send us a copy of your valid ID (e.g. driver’s license, birth certificate, passport, or any document that shows your full name, birthdate or age, and signature) by uploading a scanned copy through this website, or mailing/faxing us a copy at:

Please give us at least 5 days from the day we receive your ID copy for processing. Your username and password will be sent to you via the preferred communication channel you specified – email or SMS. What is the tracking number for?

The tracking number will help us properly match your submitted ID documents to the information you gave in your registration.

If you are mailing your ID documents to us, please make sure you print out the page where we give you your tracking number (Submit ID - How to Mail section) and attach it to your ID documents.

 

Can I register another person on their behalf?

No. You can only register for yourself, provided that you are an adult smoker, 18 years or older residing in the Philippines.

 

I am a Filipino living abroad. Can I join?

No. This site is only for adult smokers 18 years or older who are residing in the Philippines.
